Why should it. If you have sex you become one and are married. It is impossible to have sex before marriage and that is why it is not listed.
If you read Matthew 5:32 you will find that fornication was the word Jesus used to describe the activity of a married woman and not a single woman. Fornication is the act and not the relationship of the act before or after some marriage ceremony, as most like to think
Most think that sex outside of marriage is adultery and sex by unmarrieds is fornication. Not so. The Lord will hold you to your vow sex or no sex and even recognize a man's first union with a prostitute as marriage.
If you have sex you are one. If you don't go through with the ceremony and marry someone else you are both fornicating and in adultery.
If this sounds strange, think of this. Not one preacher in Christendom has ever said that the woman at the well was anything other than a prostitute. How then does Jesus say this prostitute had five husbands and the one she was with currently was not her husband?

What does it matter what the bible says.
According to it men and especially powerful men can have many women. But it does not allow the same for women.
It also condones slavery. And ethnical cleansing of areas that you feel you need to breed your own people in. It puts guilt on newly borns, before they even had a chanse to commit any bad actions at all. Basically Jesus's teachings in the NT says that you can never do right.
To me it seems that the bible want to make a contentment of life an impossibility. It wants everybody to always feel guilty about everything they ever do or think or are.
This is horrenduous. The bible is barbaric in it's ethics. Only a psychopath would try to force such views on other people if they did not have som old magical scriptures to blame their presumptions on.

Yes and no.
There is not a single verse anywhere which spells out "do not have sex before marriage."
Many people point to where Paul said that it is better not to marry, but if you can not refrain from sex, you should marry, so that it is not in sin. However, this doesn't specify when one should marry (before or after sex), so it could simply be saying don't go out and have sex, unless you are going to get married.
Also, 1 Corinthians 6:9 says nothing about this. The term we translate as fornicator is actually πορνοι, which means whoremongers. The root of the word is the Greek term meaning to sell.

I only know it's says that one man and one woman should be married to each other. That is in the New Testament some where but it could say in the Bible some where about not having sex before marriage.

Have you not seen all the bad things about "fornicators" and "fornication"? Thats it....all through the Bible.
Find a good Bible Concordance....look up "Fornication" and "Fornicator" and then start making your list of Bible verses. There are plenty.
By the way everybody who claims they can't find a prohibition in scripture..."Adultery" is unfaithful married people and "Fornication" is sex between un-married people. A subtle difference, but different .

Basically, the answer is the bible mentions promiscuity or adultery. Some Christians assume that means no sex before marraige, some assume it means no sex with married people.
Interesting fact, a recent poll shows that since the 1940's, more than 95% of people have had sex before marriage in the US...which is mostly Christian.

"The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control." [I Corinthians 7:3-5] [God created sex for marriage, and it is a good thing.]
