ok tuesday I noticed I had a headache but it was different because it ws located in the middle of my head on the right side, so I took a pain reliever and went to sleep when I woke up the headache was gone but my head still felt funny as if something was pushing against my head it has been feeling like that off and on everyday since tuesday sometimes the feeling is behind one of my eyes sometimes its on my temple my neck also hurts a little on the right side, and myback upper tooth on the left side hurts as well sometimes my stomach feels kinda queesy also. I am not and have not felt any unbearable pain, but it is still weird. Could anyone tell me what this might be? thanks in advance.

Did you do any heavy lifting or activity you aren't used to, like lifting things up onto shelves, or reaching up for something? Have you had a cold or a runny nose? It almost sounds like a sinus congestion headache. Or a headache from a change in the weather/barometric pressure.

If you're not having any other symptoms, and just the slight fullness but not a real headache, you might want to ride it out and see if it goes away within a week or so. But if you have vision changes or anything that doesn't seem right to you, make an appointment with a doc.

It could be a migraine or a sinus infection, or any number of things, but neck pain can be a sign of something neurological. See a doctor to rule out anything serious.

Take care - feel better.

It sounds like a tension headache, try having someone give you a neck massage or just putting one of those heating pads around your neck to see if an improvement.
