I have to add to this.The poor babies are kept in a fish tank 12 inches square with a light on all day, nothing to play with and fed solely on a diet of hamster food. This happens to be a pet shop im talking about.
They had a breeding pair in this tank. A customer came in and the shop owner split them up and sold the female. Ive never seen anything so frightened in my life, and the boy was going mad.
My girls are spoiled rotton and i adore them. Wish there was something i could do. It actually broke my heart to see it.

I hate hearing stories like this! Why on earth do these money grubbing stores have to be so ignorant??
If you can, go to http://www.sugarglider.net - it's a huge community of glider owners and owners to be that might be able to help. They're from all over, including the US and UK. I hope you can get the help those poor things need!!
