What is the question? We can't tell you if it is ritual or spiritual unless we know what you are talking about.

Rituals aren't bad, and are used in all Christian churches. They are simply a routine to get you in the mood to connect with God and worship. Incense makes the mood good to experience higher beings.
The order church runs in is a ritual. The singing of worship songs is a ritual.

ritual and spirituality go hand in hand. without ritual, one cannot feel spiritual and visa versa. praying, for example, is ritualistic. it gets you in a more observant state of mind which will make you think that your prayer has been answered.

i believe that when something is done ritually , it requires dedicating specific times etc , which for me personally makes it more of a chore than a spiritual practise
