How do I make my recipe that serves 1 person to an amount that serves 12? Do I just multiply by 12 or what? The recipe is for hot cocoa and serves one:

3/4 cup plain soymilk
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar

i would just multiply by 12

3/4 cup soyamilk = 9 cups
1/4 cup water = 3 cups
2 tablespoons cocoa = 24 tablespoons
2 tablespoons sugar = 24 tablespoons

I would multiply it all by twelve making 3/4 cup to 9 cups, 1/4 cup to 3 cups, and 2 tablespoons to 24 tablespoons.

thats easy do just what i say i do it all of the time i have a family if 14 brothers and sisters so 2 cups of soy milk 24 tablespoons of sugar microwave or boil it32 tablespoons of cocoa1&13 cups of water and i put a little bit of cinomin n it 2

yeah, you just multiply every fraction by twelve. so the 3/4 cup of soymilk would become 9 cups of soymilk. the 1/4 cup of water would become 3 cups, etc. good luck!
