I'm not sure there is much, if any, information on that out there because it is a new and specific drug. Many people have guessed at the symptoms - the highest dose given to a human volunteer however was 12.8mg in a single dose and the biggest problems were accomodation problems (i.e. difficultly in focusing in on objects youare seeing) and micturition difficulties (trouble in peeing).

However, what could happen and what people have prepared for are if someone took a huge overdose include: severe central anticholenergic effects (e.g. hallucinations, severe excitation), convulsions, respiratory insufficiency, tachycardia (your heart beating fastly), urinary retention and mydriasis (that means you get a big pupil. sometimes so much so that you can barely see the coloured part or iris of your eye).

Hope this helps
