legally they are only required to replace it if theres something wrong with it, but you're right, they should have changed it for customer satisfaction.

no, not at all. Food costs money. If the sandwich was served as advertised and was not bad in quality, you cant expect a replacement just because the child didnt like it. If you order something, and were just not fond of the taste, you wouldnt expect to chose something else off the menu. What if you didnt like that either? You just keep going until you find something you do? I used to own a restaurant, and although customer satisfaction was of the utmost importance, I wasn't going to throw my profit out the window trying to satisfy a picky eater. I have children, and have run into this before. I simply PURCHASE something else from the menu. As a parent, I should be familiar enough with my childs palate to order something suitable for them

Of course not! I work for a large bakery firm, which supplies sandwiches, and I deal with any customer complaints. If there is a problem with the product, then 'refund and replace' is company policy - and investigated by myself and the bakery team. However, 'don't like' doesn't warant this assistance. Sorry, but not all customers tates can be catered for!

Not sure, if there was something wrong with the sandwich then yeah but just because the child didn't like it? If it was my business I would have given the child a free sandwich in good faith but not because I HAD to but because it would be good PR

Legally No they don't... sometimes they will sometimes they won't. They cannot satisfy everyone for taste. Everyone likes things done different. If there is something wrong with it of course they should replace it, but the are not legally bound to. If there is not...maybe, but sometimes they will give you a discount or something for you return visit.

i would say, yes give them a replacement. but you can just go to the supermarket and buy something and take it back and say i did not like that. they might be doing that because its a legal issue with them or i dont know something like that, or to keep their business (keep money coming in). if i was a owner and manager i would say if only something was wrong with it then i would give them a replacment other than that no i would not. but then again your might lose business, its a grey area.

Legally, no. Unless it's not as described or defective in any way. As an unsatisfied customer, contact their customer services dept.

It is only proper to send food back if something is actually wrong with it. If it is a case of the child simply not liking it then I think you should pay for it.
