i want to go on a diet i need to louse major weight!
i want to loose 40 pounds,safely in 2 weeks!safely,no pills!
any suggestions?

Safely? No....not going to happen. I don't even know of a way to lose that much weight that quickly in an unsafe manner.

Here's my suggestion, go ahead and accept the fact that you aren't going to lose 40 pounds in 2 weeks. What you can do, is start exercising regularly (30 minutes to an hour of cardio 3-5 days a week along with strength training).
Get rid of all the junk food and start incorporating a lot of fruit, veggies, and lower calorie foods into your life. Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day rather than 3 large ones. Drink as much water as possible, at least 8 glasses a day.

You will start to see a change in your weight, as well as how you feel. Stop looking for crash diets and start incorporating healthier habits into your life on a daily basis. This is the only way to keep weight off, and you won't need to look for anymore crash diets.

Concentrate more on your grammar as opposed to your weight. Not only did you not spell LOSE correctly, but you've got it spelled two different ways (loose and louse....which are words, but definitely not what you're referring to) and you shouldn't use an apostrophe for the plural of 'pounds' and 'weeks'....geez. Your very first sentence is a run on! After reading this one short question, I don't believe your priority should be losing weight......and a ridiculous (if not impossible) amount in a very short period of time, at that. My answer to your question is READ A BOOK!!!

Are you serious? It should take at least 3 months to loose that kind of weight. There is NO safe way to do it in 2 weeks. Just get on a good and healthy diet and exercize 1 hour 5 times a week! Good luck with the weight loss!

i would like to lose weight also ,but come on ,go for 5 pounds at a time .40 pounds in 2 weeks is not healthy

Loose= Not tight.
Louse= Eggs from lice.

I do believe you mean LOSE.

And of course you can't lose 40 pounds in two weeks...

40 lbs seems like a lot...maybe you should go for something lower. like, say, five pounds a week. if you lose five pounds every week, then you should be able to lose 40 lbs. no guarentee how long it will take...

exercise every night on a treadmill or something. don't eat too many "fatty" foods (junk food) like chips, ice cream, etc. instead, try yogurt, fruit, and vegetables.

Just by experience, when I broke up with my boyfriend, I forced myself to eat only once a day (around 3pm) and drank only water. I did Taebo everyday to work off the anger. I lost 22 pounds by accident in 2 weeks. I don't have much weight to lose, I'm 150 lbs. If you're obese you can probably make your goal

40 pounds in two weeks is to much to lose in that amout of time!Losing weight is a hard thing that takes time.If you eat heathy everyday and exercise 1-2 hours a day weight will come off eventully!It worked soooooooooooo great for me!I hope it works for you too!
