I love the cooking channel and cooking magazines and I found one that was very interesting (I am Italian, Greek, and Arabic so I know some foods that taste WONDERFUL). If you guys want your kids or whoever to eat vegetables, here is a great idea that I got from the Food Network: This will only make one of this by the way: Get 1 Fresh Large Tomatoe, Get 1 1/2 cups of fried or steamed or whatever rice, things you like with your rice... Cut of the Top of the tomatoe (where stem is) make sure you can see inside seeds and stuff, scoop out all of insides (so only thick part left), if you want to, you could sun dry the tomatoes, stuff tomatoes with rice and whatever you want in it.. Hope it helps!!!!!

How about Salisbury Steaks.... quick, easy, cheap

1 lb ground round
1/2 chopped onion
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs ( I like Progresso Italian flavor)
1 pkg McCormick's brown gravy

Combine first four ingridients and shape into four hamburger steaks. Brown in a small amount of olive oil on both sides. Prepare gravy according to instructions, and pour over steaks. Cover and simmer on top of stove for 45 minutes . Serve with new potatoes, fresh asparagus, and a simple green salad.

Try allrecipes.com
There are all kinds of recipes submitted by the Allrecipes staff and viewers. I have used some of those for chicken recipes, especially.

You can also try the Food Network website: foodtv.com.

TV shows like Martha Stewart (MarthaStewart.com) and Rachel Ray (RachelRay.com) offer some quick and easy recipes as well.

I suggest you make chicken parm, all you have to do is either buy chicken breast and broil them well seasoned smother in mozzarella cheese and make pasta with spaghetti sauce and have some baked italian bread , you could also use chicken patties breaded. That is what i am having for dinner. Have a good dinner whatever your choice. Good Luck!
