Yes, at is correct. For sources, just try putting "at three" "at four" etc into google and see what comes up, compared with alternatives.

"At" is perfectly acceptable. I am away from my library at the moment, but I would recommend you look at Betty Azar's "Understanding and Using English Grammar" for corroboration.

I heard it is acceptable.

And if you litteraly translate it to spanish or french (4 ex), the new sentences will be 0k, too.
