I suck at school. I homeschool and already have a physical disability. It leaves me with dorfism and a wheelchair and brittle bones. I know things one day (this is in every school subject) and the next I don't know it. Is it possible I have a learning disability? I hate to think that. The guy she is thinking about having to test me does it all the time to special needs kids but looks so serious and acts too serious and I don't know if I like him. He goes to our church. What do I do?

I would have the evaluation done because once you have a diagnosis it is easier to see what services would help you leanr better. Plus your local school district would be required to help with services if you get a diagnosis.

I don't believe in any kind of "title" that somehow makes you a lesser person, there's no such thing. Since your mom will probably do whatever she feels is neccesary, just go with it and keep concentrating on school. I like to try and ignore those types of things, because there's really no way to avoid them. I hope this helps, good luck!
