how can i loose weight without making myself throw-up? im 103 pounds and i just want myself to be about 85 pounds thats it.

all i want is an answer i dont care if i should see a doctor, im not trying to be rude im just making a point.

I think you need to gain weight and see a doctor, you have a serious illness! This question isn't funny, you're risking your health!

well the question is, is how tall are you because 103 pounds is what a 4'11 girl should weigh and 85 pounds was my weight when I was 12 and i wasn't fat either i was really thin. and making yourself throw-up only makes you sick the best way to stay healthy and thin is eating small healthy meals every 3 hrs because it makes your metabolism work faster.

okay-first. how tall are you? Most likely you are underweight...103 is nothing! But 85 is even less!
As long as you are dieting safe, it is okay to loose weight. Just dont keep a scale in your house. You should go to the gym or another place with a scale because weighing yourself every second while dieting will most likely cause eating disorders.
1) excersise for at least 30 minutes a day (but for best results you should excersise for an hour or so) It doesnt just have to be at the gym either. It could be riding a bike, going for a walk, dancing to your favorite song, even shopping!
2) eat mostly fat free food. Examples: dressing, milk, even refried beans!
3) dont eat as much junk food. But dont throw every junky thing out of your house! this will just cause binge eating.
4) dont go in this alone. try dieting with a friend or family member. it will be easier that way.

Note: dont expect to loose 20 pounds in a week. The most you SHOULD loose in a week is 5. So, if you are wanting to loose this weight for a special occasion- start dieting a month earlier.

Well I understand where you are coming from I have been there, sort of and still am sort of, it's hard to explain as I am sure you are aware and people telling you not to lose weight will not help you so here is the answer: From personal experience I would suggest drinking lots of water at least the recommended 8 glasses a day, have breakfast, this starts your metabolism, I would go with a whole grain or wheat bagel with low fat peanut butter since it has lots of fiber in it which will help you fill up faster and stay full longer or oatmeal with a glass of oj for vitamins. Then for a snack have a piece of fruit or some veggies like spinach or string beans, I would avoid peas since they tend to have more carbs in them. For lunch and dinner you have some options I bought a fiber drink mix, like metamucil and mixed it with sunny D light or OJ which made it taste good and I put in more than the recommended serving which made me not hungry at all, I would do that for only 1-2 meals since too much can mess up your bowel movements. If you choose to use it for dinner and eat lunch have egg whites with wheat toast or a tuna sanwhich on wheat toast with low fat or fat free miracle whip or mayo whichever you prefer, or have turkey or chicken instead of tuna. Salad is also a good idea for a lunch or dinner, use light or fat free dressing, italian works really well since the spices also help cleanse the kidneys. Exercise do cardio for 30 minutes 3 days a week and do toning and strength training the other 2-4, but don't over work your muscles only do strength training every other day and if you are sore don't do it, this could cause the muscle to tear which will make you unable to workout for longer. If you wish to take diet pills I find that HydroxyCut and Dexatrim work the best at giving energy and curbing appetite. Now if you want to lose a significant amount of weight in a short period of time go on this diet, I did it and I lost 12 pounds in a week!! no, 1st of all its unhealthy to make your self throw-up to lose weight. 103 lbs is fine for 5'2. If your not so self confident just exercise a little more, not to drop weight but firm up. Don't lose weight.. just gain muscle and you'll be beautiful!

Instead of trying to get thinner it would be better if you would start an exercise program to give your muscles a bit of definition. At 85 pounds you will look skeletal and people really will worry about your mental status.

Man. I wish I was 103. Lol...Seriously, though. Don't try to lose any more weight..you'll be at risk for serious medical problems..You're fine the way that you are, dear.

If you got down to 85 pounds you'd look TERRIBLE! Your weight for your height is fine.If anything its a bit on the skinny side.

i agree you dont need to lose weight at all..thats insane..but if you really want to ..i've been drinking these fuze fruit drinks and their kind of like a weight loss drink but they taste really good. you can get them at a drug store of like costco..but anyway they keep you pretty full all day..i would take them to school and not even eat lunch because i wasn't hungry..all i would eat all day was dinner and i lost 6 pounds in a week an a half..i wasn't trying to lose weight it was just happening! again i really dont think that you need to lose weight. of anything it sounds like you need to gain weight.

Drink lots of water, only fat free milk and eat two meals a day, no sodas. Snack on carotts and other veggies. If you eat a big b-fast you will not be hungry for half the day.
