I hate having to take the time to comb it plus I have frizzy hair so I have to take the time to put that frizzy cream on my hair. So I have a shaver but I'm afraid I'll cut my hair like a skinhead. So how do I cut my hair like Nowitzki?

Use a guard on the shaver. Start with a longer one and if you feel it needs to be shorter, use a shorter guard and do it again. :)
