My hair is really dry and damaged, probably from swimming over the summer. But even after I stopped swimming for more than half a year, there hasn't been any change. I even cut my hair, but the hair that grows back is still damaged. When I see all the hair commercials, all the people seem to have the same silky smooth hair that I want, but which one should I choose? I'd rather not buy any proffessional brands, because they are much more expensive. I saw that Pantene has a new time renewal shampoo. Is that any good?

SOAP IS THE BEST. SHAMPOO IS ROUGH ON THE HAIR TRUST ME. MY SISTER IS SOME SPECIALIST FOR HAIR OR SOMETHING SHE SAYS USE SOAP. AND THE PEOPLE ON THE SHOWS THIER HAIR IS LIKE THAT WHEN THEY WERE BORN PEOPLE JUST GET LUCKY. JUST USE SOAP. THIS IS GOING TO SOUND REALLY WIERD BUT YOU CAN ALSO PUT RAW EGGS IN YOUR HAIR AND LET BE THERE FOR AN HOUR THIS WORKS TOO. THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE EGGS THAT SHAMPOO DONT HAVE AND CANT HAVE. BUT U HAVE TO RUB THE EGG OUT REALLY HARD IN THE SHOWER TO TAKE THE SMELL AWAY. AND PUT OLIVE OIL IN YOUR HAIR WHEN YOU GO TO SLEEP THESE METHODS REALLY WORK. FORGET ABOUT SHAMPOO. SOAP EGGS AND OLVIE OIL. REMAINDER IS ALSO ONLY PUT EGGS IN YOUR HAIR ONCE A WEEK AND WASH UR HAIR WITH SOAP EVERY DAY AND PUT OLIVE OIL IN HEAD BEFORE SLEEP.

Pantene is a good option if you don't want to spend a lot of money...but you should check out the Pureology line (only in salons and it is a bit expensive) it's fantastic.

I use Pantene and I love it. It is the sleek and shine or something to that affect. I use the shampoo and conditioner and it makes my hair really smooth and soft. And my hair is usually frizzy and crazy poofy, so it definatly tames the mane. haha.

The absolute best is the new brand called Organix. It has organic active ingredients and is sulfate free so it wont dry out your hair, plus...it smells awesome!!! They have different hair collections for different hair types which are all amazing! You can get organix at Target, Kroger, Albertsons, Duane Reade, safeway, etc. Its the best! You'll love it!

Check it out!
