what is the best thing to get rid of my cold sores fast??? i get them alot and its embarresing... pleese help!!!

I get them really bad too ..I started taking L-lysine a long time ago ...as soon as I start to feel one coming on I take 3 of them and it really helps!
And if you get them often take one pill every night b4 bed and it'll get them at bay for a while.

Pascalite clay is great. You can get this on ebay in powder form. Just mix with water to make a paste, put it on the affected area, adn it dries up and disappears super-fast. This is great for acne or any other skin conditions as well.

I use a prescription medicine called Zovirax. It's an oinment that you use at the first sign of a cold sore and it really works.

Use "Abreva" cream. It is about 18 dollars for a tiny little tube at WalMart or any drugstore. (Totally worth it!)
And while you're there get a bottle of "Acidopholis" pills and take one or two a day until cold sore goes away.

zovirax ... licorice balm and thats about it really ... not much u can do about it ... as soon as u feel the tingle put that zovirax on it !
