raw apple cider vinegar, from the health food store 5 bucks a qt..
In our opinion, Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the most amazing cures for headaches and migraines. The trick is to take it at the onset of symptoms. Dosage: 2 TBLS of Apple Cider Vinegar in 8 oz of water, 2x day.

if you dont have any right now, massage your head, temples, forhead, between the eyes, move your hands in a circular motion over each part of your neck and head until you feel the tension release. someone else can do it for you if there is anyone there.
put a cold compress on your forehead, my grandfather actually used a sliced white potato, and wrapped a towel around the head to secure the cool potatoe, it worked for him..
how often do you get these? sometimes they are triggered by stress, foods, hormones..
read the information on the following site when you can, you will be amazed..
good luck

I have a better answer for your migraines..because,I deal with this problem myself..at least 3 times a month maybe more. Take Excedrin Migraine it works wonderfull! and sometimes you get releif right away..sometimes you have to wait..last week I waited 7 hours..but,it finally went away. pepto Bismal over the counter in Cvs for the Nausia..but,most times that doesn't help..I use Promethazine for my nausia it helps right away! and you only need half a tablet. but,you must get it by your doctor. it's prescription only. and I tried Vicodin 5/500 mg..but,I Vomitted from it..so,you might want to stay away from it!

Yes, go to a quiet darkened room, cold cloth for your forehead and your favorite pain reliever. That is a classic migraine.

Acupuncture is only reliable treatment for migraine. I have treated 20 yrs cases.
If you get drumstick leaves or betel leaf, draw 2 drops juice and drop in opposite side nostril. It will disappear if acute.

if you always get that intensive migraine, or if you have a migraine that doesn't go away it could be a bad sign of a serious medical problem.

go see your doctor if this is true for you.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

First, get off the computer. Lie in a dark & quite room. Cool cloth or ice pack to the head. Advil or my daughter has good luck with Midrin, but you need a prescription for that.
