Either you are not eating enough ( a good meal should be around 300-400 calories) or you're not drinking enough. Often people mistake being thirsty for being hungry. This can lead to over eating and fatigue. Start taking how much water you're drinking. You should be drinking 6-8 8oz glasses a day. MOre if you're working out.
So instead of pop or juice (which are high in calories and sugar--Sugar breaks down quickly and turns to fat), try a big glass of water.
You should also be breaking your meals up over the course of the day so as to not spike your insulin levels. Try eating 3 meals a day at around 300-400 calories, and having healthy snacks inbetwen those meals- around 100-150 calories.

I used to feel hungry right after eating a big lunch. I mentioned to someone I worked with and they told me it has something to do with the time from when you first eat until the food reaches your stomach. Another thing is that the more and more you eat, your stomach becomes stretched so it becomes harder to satisfy the 'hunger'. How much do you drink? I've also been told that sometimes it's not hunger but thirst.

could be the wrong foods you are eating, or a blood sugar problem. Hunger after eating can sometimes be a symptom. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to signal your stomach that you are full. Eat nutritious snacks throughout the day, such as raw veggies and hummus. Sometimes its better to eat several small meals, than three big ones

if you are eating foods with any sugars in them at all. Including package foods, take-out,sauces or dressings. this is probably why. Sugar triggers your brain to crave more food . you should always eat sugars last, to ensure you are acually getting what you need first. Example (chinese food) you are full but by the time you get home you want to eat again. Try eating meals slower. You know your better off eating less, more ofen to begin with.

It happens to me a week before my menstrual cycle. You know, PMS. I crave different foods and I eat constantly. It also happens when you are pregnant, around the fourth and fifth month.
