go away spells?

my brother in law has a girlfriend that is doing him totally wrong she's cheating, stealing his money, using him in the wrong ways.... she's bad new to everyone around her including him...everyone wants her to go away

Obviously, he doesn't want her to go away, or he'd be ending the relationship. My advice would be to stay out of it and hope that he comes to his senses soon.

The first rule of magic is "If a bear charges at you, don't waste your time waving your hands around when a club will do" The wording may be a little weird, but what it means is use common sense first. If he is a minor still living at home, then his parents should take him to a therapist and try to find out why he has such bad self esteem, even if you could "make her go away" using magic, it would not address the problems that are at the root of it all, and he would just wind up with someone else who is just as bad, if not worse.
If he is over 18 and out of the house, it's his life, and he has to come to grips with it and make her go away himself, or he will be choosing to continue to live his life that way, either with her or someone else. The only thing that using magic to make his choices for him will do, is cause him to be distrustful of you for doing such a thing. Especially if he doesn't see it that way and doesn't give permission for it.
However, if you are going to insist on anything of the sort, at least do it by manifesting something so good that she would have to leave for, like a really good job 100 miles away or something. To simply try to banish her in a negative way would be bad Karma to you, and could back fire no matter how good your intentions might be.

The tell her to stop and to leave and tell your brother adn encourage him to do the same. God loves everyone and I am sorry this is happening to your brother, but don't be mean just ask her to leave if that dont' work take her to court or something.

Spells that go against aperson will most likely come back to you three times as bad, it would be easier to talk to your brother and try to reason with him, or try to get evidence against her, or try to talk to her, or just let your brother learn from his own mistake, he made hsi bed, let him live in it. Tell her first and the get the family involved. Your brother is happy with her, it is hard to make her go away when you may harm him emotionally. Try "freezing" her nasty ways, by writing her full name and date of Birth on a piece of paper, put it in a zip lock bag filled with water, chant as you are putting it in the freezer, "her name" I freeze you from doing 'EXACTLY whatever she is doing" and freeze.
