I like www.bodybuilding.com and www.getbig.com. They are geared more toward natural bodybuilders and powerlifters and have a variety of contributors on all sorts of subjects.

Be careful about what you read in strength and muscle magazines. Most of them aren't really made for most people and aften times are junk. Most of the time, tried and true methods of strength and bodybuilding training are what works best.

There are a few good routines that seem to work pretty well for many people, such as max-OT, doggcrapp (DC), HIT, etc. Probably the best thing to do is to try any or all of these and see how they work for you.

Generally, you want to stick to the core compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press) and other compound movements. Do isolation exercises only to supplement these. Be sure to change up your routine every few weeks to avoid plateauing.

Of course, diet is key to health and growth, but I won't go into that. Just make sure you're getting enough quality nutrients.

Good luck!
