You will get a lot of different answers and none are right because many martial art styles have punching combos. Some would be: Kickboxing, Boxing, Kang Duk Won, Taekwondo, Suntukan, Muay thai, and Panuntukan.

I think you're probably looking for a Chinese boxing style of martial art. Bruce lee studied Chinese boxing early in his life and look how fast he was. Also wing chun uses a lot of parries and quick jabs. I would recommend finding someone else interested and do tons of "stick hands" drills. This will definitely increase your physical hand speed and reaction speed.

It doesn't have much to do with the Martail art, but how fast you are. My Tae Kwon Do teaches me all kinds of combos, though.

tien shan pai? basicly what u said describes many martial arts... northern kung fu, karate...... ect ect... i my self find 1 more powerfull blow more effective.... but ey i can see where hitting that fast could be suefull... confusing.... lower moral..... hit 15 pressure points in 1 second...... or hit em in the kidney 15 times in 1 second... lol dude i wanna learn how 2 strike that fast

i don't think there is a martial art for it. you just need a lot of practice, moving your hands very quickly.
