Alex Ferguson, without a doubt. I'm no MUFC fan, but he has consistently motivated his players to succeed. Seems to be a solid bloke. Takes no bullshit and got rid of David Beckham. What a ponce!

Gary Lineker should host a committee of presenters at a sideline box live as they present the match and scream orders to the national squad. Substitutes should be chosen Xfactor style by texting "fix #" to the studio etc.
