Always take the road less traveled. Take a big bite out of life and let the juice run down your chin. And take the time to help others. It's good for the soul, and you're not that far from living in a carboard box anyway, Bucko, so have some sympathy for others.

Living life by a single maxim seems a bit small minded to me. Life can be complicated, one rule, or even a set of rules isn't enough to deal with it.
