Yesterday my boyfriend and I heard incredibly loud painfully shrieks coming from our compter room. My son, Ben, was looking at porn! He hasn't had the talk yet but he was sitting there smiling and giggling and oohing and awing. We don't know what to tell him. We even found many drawings of naked people and couples on his drawing table. I dont want my other child seeing this website and I don't want my son to show kids at school. I'm scared and I need help! please what do I do?!

How did a 5 year old access the internet by himself?
How did he find a porn sight, he must be very bright if he googled it!!
Maybe you need to set up your computer so it is more difficult to access and restricts certain sites.
You might wont to have a talk to him about his body and find out what his understanding is.

Wow that sucks. I think what's done is done. Monitor him to make sure he doesn't role play and expose his actions to other children. Also you need to prevent this from happening like monitor him on the internet and/or blocking porn and other harmful sites on your computer. Try and get him to forget about what he saw like limiting computer use on the internet and buying him some educational cd-roms and actually sit down and work with him at these games boosting his confidence. Don't keep bringing up the internet situation to him or around him. If he brings up the topic give him a short but sweet answer and move off the subject to a postive. Example- if brings up the topic about what he viewed tell him that was bad and something that shouldn't be on our computer and that it's for adults not children switch the topic and say that's why mommy bought you these educational games(even let him pick them out) and tell him that mommy is going to sit and play these good games with you on the computer. Hope this helps.

LOL well Im sorry for laughing but maybe now is the time you have the talk with your son. Not into great detail but to some extent. And invest in the child locks in your computer.

Wow! You have children yet you don't have the child "locks" on the internet to keep your child only on sites you have approved of??? Most internet companies provide this service with the software, if not, it isn't expensive. I suggest you invest in a program like that.
