How would you include a native Canadian reserve in the sender's address? Does a reserve have one address, or many addresses included in it?

You don't. Native Canadian Reserves aren't identified as a "place" or "address" on an envelope.

Each person living on a reserve has either a Postal Box address at the nearest town, or they recieve their mail "General Delivery" at the nearest Post Office.

It would normally be like a town's name. If it is the Band's office it will have it's own address. Basically it works just like if you were putting the address of a town. You might be addressing the letter to a person in the town or you might be sending a letter to the Town Hall (band office).
