should I rinse the dress before I take it to the drycleaners or take it as it is?

Take your dress as is to the cleaners. Rinsing it could damage the material it is made out of depending on what kind of dress it is. Just be sure to take it to a good dry cleaner and have it packaged when its cleaned. It's a bit expensive but will help to keep your dress from yellowing. Hope that helps :-)

Do NOT rinse it. Just take it straight to the drycleaners.

Take it as is to the drycleaner but be aware its possible that not all of the stains will come out.

Take it as is. Some satins will spot if they get wet. They will know how to clean your dress. Congrats and good luck!

No. Just get the dust off some other way. like use a blow dryer to get as much dust off as you can. then take it to the cleaners.
