when a man ejaculates he releases millions of sperm. if he so much as touches his semen with his hand and picks up 1 sperm and touches your hand transferring it to you and then you touch your vagina you can technically become pregnant. ejaculating in your undies is much riskier. even with ALL your clothes on, there is some small degree of risk.
furthermore, when a man becomes aroused his penis releases pre-seminal fluid which cleanses the inside of the penis of residual urine so the sperm can survive ejaculation. This fluid contains a million or so sperm so just getting him aroused in your undies has some degree of risk as well.

yes. While it's not very likely that you will, there is a small chance. If any of the semen soaked through your underwear and got on the skin near your vagina, you could become pregnant. Underwear is not an effective barrier for sperm :) Next have him use a condom.

It CAN happen. Underwear is porous and thus sperm could get through both layers of underwear. It is very unlikely, but possible. Get a pregnancy check.

YES!!! it doesn't happen very often but it does happen. Use your brain and use protection if you are not ready for children. We already have too many children in our world who are not wanted so please don't bring another one into this world if you aren't ready.
