You need to learn to love yourself better. Why would you want anyone who does not treat you good? People treat you, like you allow them to treat you. Now you should want more for yourself. I do not know if you know it, but God wants only the best for you. But you are the only one who can make this come to past. Leave you ex by the way side, he does not deserve you. Want more for yourself!

first thing to do is go to the dumpster outside and tell him that he should feel right at home with me here so treat me like trash. MOVE ON. the messege could not be any clearer. He is over you and you are the only one interested in the relationship. Why settle? besides...........it's called obsesseing. there are other guys out there you just have to look but you also have to let go of him before you move on. Go to church at a different time tonight. Unless you WANT to meet him there.

is he your first bf?? if yes, it always like that you can't forget him. but it's ok, you can do everything and get busy that will make you forget him. do you want to "defend" him while you're still treated like a trash by him?? i hope not. just do what u can do and make a new life.
