how do I know if the guy I like likes me back? He flirts with other girls right in front of me and it's irritating! He used to like me, but I don't know whether he does or not. Can you please tell me what you think?

It doesn't sound like it chica, but go ahead. Flirt with other guys in front of his face, and then watch the reaction. If he gets all pissed, yes he likes you-but watch for those jealous types.
