What do Hispanic minorities, such like Puerto Ricans, Cubans, &others; think about The Mexican-American power?

I have the feeling that those who hate the most Mexicans are not Anglo-Saxons, Whites, not even Caucasian-Muslims, but Hispanic minorities who feel threatened by their Mexican Big Brothers peers !!!. How come?
Mexicans are the main and largest legal immigrant group, because Mexico is the only Latino/Hispanic country that shares borders, history, culture, people, and Trade agreements with the USA. So, ..... be raedy for the Nafta Superhighways and the NorthAmerican Union.

I am proud to be Mexican & American...Mexico is a Nation, a multi-ethnic Nation of many colors, social classes and cultures.
let's see: Remember The Mexican Creole Pride ( White Mexicans) ?
The "Creole pride" flag is the traditional flag that most Nazi groups uses, with a "Baroque cross" as its symbol. According to the so-called official site of the PNSM it symbolizes the Creole people of Mexico who gained independence during the 19th Century.
Creoles are basically any person born in the Americas of European [mainly Spaniard] parents, but I'm guessing now it could also apply to the children of Creoles since most immigration to Mexico these days consisted of blacks from the Caribbean and Asians, which those guys hate!.

Cubans and Puerto Ricans have black and Indian blood.
That's why they feel threatened by Americans. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger told advisers during a taped conversation that Cubans and Puerto Ricans are naturally temperamental because of their combination of "black blood" and "Latino blood."
However, In general, I think it exists a political rejection toward the native Americans, indians or Indigenous groups in this continent

Mexicans are the largest LEGAL IMMIGRANTS because this land was actually their territory as well as the Indians back in the day. I know a lot of people don't like to hear that but IT'S THE TRUTH!

In LA, I see the African Americans as the main opposition to the growth of Mexican Power. I keep hearing from my African American friends how the Mexicans are encrouching into their territory. Since racism is involved, its hard to see, who is most afraid of The growth of MexicanAmerican population. Caucasians are constantly being accused of racism and so many hide their true feelings. I don't see too much hatred of Cubans and Puerto ricans towards Mexicans though. THe few that I do know marry Mexican Americans.

Yes mexicans are allots of them in the US legally or illegal and YES is because Mexican Gov is not good to provide jobs so they come to US to have a way to feed their poor family's in mexico I don't have any problems with that...It will be inhuman to not to let them provide for their poo rs in mexico.

You say that you "have the feeling that those who hate the most Mexicans are..." well, goes to show how very well mistaken you are in saying such mierda.

In fact, it might surprise you to know that other Hispanics sympathize with the plight of the Mexicans that are being discriminated upon, and it might also surprise you to know how many other nationalities there are in this country BESIDE Mexicans that are illegally here, too. AND it might surprise you to know how well Hispanics get along and help one another in NYC... The mentality is very simple: "First the Mexicans, then us!"

Oh, by the way, the majority of those "illegals" live very peacefully and are not out getting drunk or selling drugs or stealing and committing crimes or members of violent gangs... what YOU see through you selective vision are the ones that embarrass ALL Hispanics, just like the dumb, ignorant, toothless yokels and illiterate beer-bellied Rednecks and White trailer trash embarrass other poor Whites.

But... don't get me wrong... there ARE those that are nothing more and nothing less than Tio Tacos, like Alberto Gonzalez and here in NYC we have our own turncoat by the name of Herman Badillo! Remember Simon Bolivar? Unite and lead...! Yes, Latinos of all cultures and Black Americans have more IN COMMON than differences... (food for thought... for the wise... think about). I've always had to deal with adversity and deal against odds and even biased and prejudiced teachers that imposed different rules of measurement... and those adversities and burdens made me want to work harder at being better than those who were helped... I beat them while acting like the inoffensive and humble one... I simply treated them as my inferiors that needed MY help! I further humiliated them with kindness and my open displays of forgiveness... because I know how to humiliate with kindness... me, humble? NO, extreme egoist! Figure it out!

haha this is like asking who is highest on the dung heap. the cubans should ride a tire back, the puerto reekans shouldnt even be citizens and the mexicans should all forget how to swim in the middle of the big river (rio grande for you lazyasses who dont care to learn english). as for those who say that mexico still owns the western US, you are sadly mistaken. you signed a treaty following the war of 1848, if you would like to rescind this, im sure our military would be happy to remind you why you signed.

My boyfriend is Mexican, and he doesn’t like how many of the illegal Mexicans are behaving themselves! (illegal or legal)

Mainly, its stereotypes. Because it is easy to classify one Spanish speaking person as “Mexican”, many people who are Hispanic are very prideful of where they come from and would like to be respected as such.

Also, being “Mexican” had a bad connotation when people think about the culture and its people. (this is coming from my boyfriend). And just like many black people who try to break ‘ghetto’ stigma, other Hispanic culture try to break that stereotype.

So that is probably why there is so much animosity.

I don't mind Mexicans at all. I'm related to Mexicans so that might be the reason why my family has nothing against them.
