Don't put your life on hold in hopes that she will come back. Go on about your life. Focus on your other relationships and advancing in your career. Find other things to occupy your time, you won't notice that she's gone. If she decides to come back and you haven't found anyone else, pursue it if you want. Just don't sit around waiting for her. Don't put off dating hoping she comes back, if she doesn't, you'll be upset with yourself for allowing someone else to subtly control you

No dont be the nice guy. Give her time. Stop emailing, stop calling, stop everything. When a girl says she needs time she wants to be left alone. And when she comes around be a friend and dont overly mention the time in between. Good luck

i think u should give her sometime to come around of the ghosts of past relationship...she did the right thing on putting things to hold before she can move on with u....coz she need to be out of her previous relationship in totality before she can commit herself to anyone else....stick around for sometime and again ask her whether she would like to continue or not and if she says no then move on with ur life.....but try keep some patience!!

Sounds like she's making an excuse. She does not dig you enough, so she's not worth it. Date some more girls and find out, you won't know who or what you're missing if you wait for something that might never happen.

She said that because she does not want to continue the relationship and it is not that you're not a wonderful person, you're just not right for her. Find someone else to date. She will never be ready for you.
