To answer just your question: She could have puppies...but only if the litter was sired (fathered) by a dog her size or smaller. If bred to a larger dog it increases the risks dramatically of her not being able to birth the pups naturally, requiring her to have a c-sectioin.

On a side note: If you need to ask this question you shouldn't be breeding your dog. Not to mention she's not purebred and you wouldn't be bettering a breed. You'd be producing puppies simply because you CAN and that's wrong. There are thousands of dogs in shelters and by letting your dog have puppies you would only be contributing.

Even if you're prepared to get her the neccessary health testing (CERF, BAER, OFA and genetic testing) you still should not breed her. Spay her and reduce her risks of cancer and pyometra.
