My Doctor just agreed the other day saying Doctors recommend cranberry 100% juice for bladder health . He said the cranberry actually pH balances the bladder so no bacteria can live in it . Now when my smart doctor talks I listen

I agree with the young lady above. Get yourself some 100% cranberry juice and drink it. As a matter of fact, I'm convinced women should drink at least a bottle of that a month to maintain bladder health. Don't get ocean Spray, most of it's high fructose corn syrup. Make sure you're getting 100 percent juice with no additives. Also - my doctors have always told me to drink cranberry juice when I have a bladder infection. So this isn't just a home remedy, it's doctor recommended.

Cranberry juice makes the bladder walls slippery so bacteria have a hard time hanging on. C juice should be used in combination of antibiotics as if you don't get all the bacteria flushed from your system, they will start multiplying again and you will be back to point one again. Stay hydrated.

This question comes up every day or so.
First off, stay away from sassafras- it is poisonous.
You need antibiotics to rid yourself of this terribly painful infection.Cranberry juice will not cure you. It may leave the illness running through your body.
No cranberry juice once you have this infection. regardless of what people say, cranberries are way too acidic and will make the infection worse.
It can be used safely when you do not have an infection.

any time I have trouble with my bladder, it is straight 2 cranberry juice with either grape or apple, clears it up in no time.

yes go to helth food store and get sasafrass roots boil them and make a tea out of it it is also good to clean your blood and to inprove your sex life
