one i dont know what u mean if u mean peeing everywhere that is only because they either need the loo badly and cant hold on or they are scent marking and all dogs do that just tell then NO!! and tap them on the nose but not really hard

Do you mean scent marking? Inside the house or out? How old is he? Has he been neutered? No one can really answer your question without more details.

restrict access to the hose........... dogs do not spray... so i do not know what you mean... if you have a male dog neuter him and housebreak him,,, same goes for female,, spay her

If you mean peeing then house break him if he is doing it in the house. If you mean outside peeing then you cant stop him... he is marking his teritory.
