I mean more than just emotional... like when you touch someone versus others you feel a comfort, vibration, or tingly sensation. Do think maybe it has to do with your physiology, something like the natural temperatures of your bodies? I know it doesnt sound very romantic, but I thought about this before... Are we already sort of built to feel more butterflies with certain people (other than personality) ?

There is a really great PBS series called Evolution that goes into all of this. Nothing is for sure but scientists believe that our sense of smell and sight have very real effects on us - a man that is genetically compatible with you supposedly smells more attractive to you than one that doesn't. Evidently our sexual attraction has a lot to do with our evolution - survival of the fittest. Looking for the most genetically desirable mate.
