With the Japanese, the Imperial Government--the legitimate government at the time--endorsed these pilots . These bombings were aimed at military targets and not at unsuspecting civilians trying to buy food or fuel for their families.

There is no legitimate government claiming responibility for these acts which are just plain murder. The ones endorsing these bombings are terrorists or members of another country attempting to create a civil war. Does that sound like Iran?

If they brought back the Shaw of Iran, perhaps there wouldn't be so much instability in the region. Of course, he's dead but he had heirs. And, he was an Allie of the West. Maybe if he were still around oil wouldn't be howering around $62 dollars a barrel.

In the last World War, it was declared, a few hours late, but declared. Those suicide bombers targeted ships of war and the military. These suicide bombers of today give no warnings and target their own people..

I've read that some of these suicide car bombers have their feet chained to the pedals so that they can't chicken out at the last second. Now, what's that telling you about the people who inspired them to do that?

If the leaders impress upon these poor people who go out and blow themselves up, that they're going to get these virgins in the after-life, why aren't the leaders lining up to blow their own selves up? Is it a case of don't do as I do but do as I say?

As I understand it, you get 72 virgins by doing this for eternity. That's a long time. What happens when you run through those 72 virgins? Do they become 72 loud, over-weight, demanding, bullish ex-wives who get paid alimony?

The only good thing I can say about day-light savings time is it's not observed in all mid-east countries. There was a story of a couple of Arab terrorists going to car bomb Israil but because of the time change they got confused and blew themselves up on the highway.

Yes, it's politically correct if you consider that a suicide bomber is making a statement of self-expression, but only then if he goes out into the desert and blows himself up and no one else around.

See, I dont understand the suicide bombers, my vehicle has only been hit by a suicide VBIED(vehicle born improvised explosive device)once, and I actually saw him coming from the side of my stryker and I looked at the guy driving, while I was shooting at him, and he was actually crying. If he was doing what he really believed in why would he be crying? Maybe out of joy? I dunno, I personally think they have lost their religious beliefs and now take pleasure in trying to kill "infidels"

To be honest I do not have a problem with suicide bombers if they do it in the middle of the desert with no one else in a 10 mile radius. More of them do it is what I say.

Attacking military or political leadership is one thing but to attack poor innocent civilians is wrong. Rather than being the act of a hero it is the act of a coward who is blinded by the promise of a great reward. The only gain a bomber gets is to be eaten faster by the worms because He is in smaller pieces.
