i cant open microsoft word whenever i click da icon it appears "preaparing to install" n wen it gathers all da info. it says dat da information u're lukin for is in a disc drive it can't find da file proplus...wat can i do??????????

Reinstall Microsoft Office from the Office CD.

hi there
What you need is the installation CD disc that you used to install this Microsoft Word. Once you insert the disc and press OK or Continue, it'll finish finalizing it's installation and it's done. After that, everytime you load Word, you won't get that message again.

do you have the CD for microsoft programs, if you do reinstall the program. I thing you must delete the file to run microsoft word

When it says preparing to install click cancel and it should open.
