do you ever think what part of the birds anatomy used to be where you are putting the stuffing?

It's unsanitary to cook stuffing inside a chicken or a turkey. A lot doesn't get heated thoroughly enough to kill harmful bacteria. I do not think about that sort of thing. By the way, there is a lot more than genatalia that used to be there.

Not really. I know that the guts used to be there and some of them (the giblets) actually become a part of my stuffing recipe. Other people make delicious gravy from them.

yes i think you should make the stuffing on the side, them serve them together. but then it would not be called stuffing it would be called dressing

no when u are eating and or stufffing a chicken and a turkey thee trick i to not think about what it was but wat it going to be and that is a tasty meal


the missing parts are not important that's the reason they were taken out
