i like this girl and we got really close even though im shy and shes shy. we barely see each other because we live in like opposite side of the town. but all of a sudden we got in a fight because her friend lied to her about me. after a month, she apologized, i told her that i still like her and i want to prove it to her. but how can i prove it to her? that i really love her?

That's the problem about hearsay --- in most cases, its validity cannot be proven (hence it's inadmissible in the courts of law).
She has already apologized and you have accepted the apology. Move on with the relationship. There's nothing for you to prove...you were not guilty in the first place (or were you?)....so just keep on loving her in the way you know best. And I hope she keeps loving you back for a long, long time.

You don't have much to do,if you really love her.I don't think your problem is what exactly to do ,but what will others say if you do this or that,how will others and even her judge you.If this is the case,I advice you not to worry,because no matter what you do as a result of your love for her,she will eventually feel it.Oh and if you worry about the others,just learn not to care what the others think when it comes to such things

The girl is shy and protecting herself, so take it slowly, go on a date or to, to places that you know friends wont be, spend time building up a relationship, she needs to get to know you before she can trust you, be kind and complimentary, not OTT, but natural,.....yknow, also, send her a text msg now and then at times she wouldnt expect, and just say...hi, thinking of you, or.......hi, you looked really nice today, Or text her 1st thing in the morning, say something like, good morning, just thinking of you, or at night.......good night before i go to sleep, just thinking of you.
I bet that will do the trick. xx

Do something that you wouldn't normally do. Maybe something that breaks away from your shyness. If she know you're shy and you do something that is very bold, then she knows you're willing to go outside your own personality for her.
