happens all the time, feels bad doesn't it, you get paralyzed, he was 16 so old enough to know better, you can tell your mother, talk to her about it, obviously you need to get it out :) next time something like this happens ( i hope it never does ), but if ever you are in a similar situation no matter how hard it is, react, you will feel much better, scream, push them away, call out for someone

I think that this goes beyond you taking advice from strangers on a website. No one here is really qualified to tell you how you should feel or what you should do. What matters the most is how YOU feel and what YOU think. If this is something that you can't keep to yourself anymore, and you don't feel comfortable talking to your family, then I suggest that you talk to a counselor. Someone who is professionally suitable to help you deal with your feelings and can guide you in the right direction as to what decisions you should make and someone who is bound by his/her profession to not tell anyone what you have told him/her.

yes you need to tell your parents, or your mom or dad. Even if your familys were close it is wrong for him to have done that . If you get help you will feel better. But rember therapy will be tough and hard . But in the end it will help. And it not causing problems yes it will be hard. And yes your familys might not be as close but still you need to be strong and tell. God bless you .

Close enough to be, yeah.
The solution - tell your parents. This is not something that should be kept a secret from them, no matter how close your families are. They need to know that your cousin did something very sick and disgusting to you. Never keep these thoughts bottled up inside you.
Good luck!
