It means you need to turn the other cheek. I wouldn't give it a second chance unless of course you are in your teenage years, then what ever. However, if you are an adult then I would be like if you couldn't commit then, how are you going to convince me that you are capable now. Then kindly say "No Thanks" , it is pretty apparent he realized his mistake an it is your decision although everyone will give you tons of advice. Do you feel most comfortable with, personally I would keep walking.

LT my advice to you is to go talk to him cause he might think you still have feelings for him. when you broke up with him did you make sure it was official or was it just a moment thing? If this doesn't work then just ignore the attention he gives you sooner or later he will find out that your not stuck on him.

yeah. one time I said no to a guy when he asked me out, then he wouldn't stop looking at me. Even when I passed by in the hall or something, and the thing is, he has a girlfriend! My guess is he's not over you, or he was afraid that you would break up with him, so he broke up with you first...it happens. But yeah, he's not over you.
