Gin and tonic i absolutely love it.A quintessentially English drink and with Lemon of course.Lime is for the Americans.

Bombay Sapphire or Tanqueray are my favourites. The Tonic has to be fresh and you must have plenty of ice cubes. It is ideal in summer and a perfect aperitif.
Don't buy lemon flavoured tonic it just doesn't taste right.I guess it is for lazy people who get what they deserve.

My friend loves Gin and Bitter Lemon, my Dad swears by your classic G&T and Me?....

I'd rather have a beer and a bottle of wine :)

yes, lemon gives it a bit more of a sting compared to lime... and Bombay is the superior gin if you ask me.

I am with dave a....gotta be Bombay gin and lime!! Although I use the diet tonic water--gotta watch the girlish figure, you know!! ;) My husband used to make fun of me for drinking "pine needles" (That's what he called it BEFORE he tried it) now he drinks more of it than I do!!
