Many People believe that we are in the 'End Times', but only God knows the appointed time. Look at the past every time a new millennium started people of all faiths and religions thought that we was in End Times, but here we are still going strong.
Anyway Jesus said about the End Days the following:
Matthew 24:1-35 (New International Version)
New International Version (NIV)
Signs of the End of the Age
1) Jesus left the temple and was walking away when his disciples came up to him to call his attention to its buildings. 2) "Do you see all these things?" he asked. "I tell you the truth, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down."
3) As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. "Tell us," they said, "when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?"
4) Jesus answered: "Watch out that no one deceives you.
5) For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ,' and will deceive many. 6) You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. 7) Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. 8) All these are the beginning of birth pains.
9)"Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.
10) At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11) and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. 12) Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold,
13) but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. 14) And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
15) "So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,'[b] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand— 16) then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17) Let no one on the roof of his house go down to take anything out of the house. 18) Let no one in the field go back to get his cloak. 19) How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! 20) Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21) For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. 22) If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. 23) At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it. 24) For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect—if that were possible. 25) See, I have told you ahead of time.
26) "So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it. 27) For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 28) Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29) "Immediately after the distress of those days
" 'the sun will be darkened,
and the moon will not give its light;
the stars will fall from the sky,
and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'[c]
30) "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. 31) And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
32) "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. 33) Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it[d]is near, right at the door. 34) I tell you the truth, this generation[e] will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. 35) Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
If you go by the quote above you could well believe that it is end time!
But Also remember this taken From Luke 12: 39 - 40
39) But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not let his house be broken into. 40) You also must be Ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.
So what you must do because we do not know when the 'End Days' will arrive or when Jesus will return, is make sure that we are right with God and that we are doing his will.

Yes, this is where we are at, Genesis 2.: (Translations vary) Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made. We are on the dawn of the seventh day - The Lords Great Sabbath.
In the book of Revelation, we see the Lord, walking among the seven churches. The time of Grace, is the time of the teaching period, the teaching of the Law in the Old Testament, and teaching of the churches from the first century on. Enough time has passed by now for people to understand the Will of God. The time of Grace is over. The Bible is pretty well distributed around the world. Organized religion is outdated, as the Monarchy is. We don't need those preachers to explain Gods word anymore, we are the most educated flood of people there ever was.
This is what it means by God "resting" from "His" works.
The Lord walks among the seven churches as a restrainer to the men, until the official teaching period is over.
When everyone is educated, Judgment will begin, starting with the top priests, that represent God.

Dear shady,
The church age ended in 1988 which marked the 13,000th anniversary of the earth (the earth was created in 11,013 B.C). This date, 1988, also marked the beginning of the Great Tribulation which is spoken of in Matthew 24. From careful Bible study, we know that this tribulation period will last 23 years rather than the 7 years which many churches have taught. The Great Tribulation will culminate with the return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the end of the world in 2011 if we have understood the Bible correctly.
The sad thing is that in the Great Tribulation many people are looking for "signs". The Bible is a spiritual book and so one must seek the Gospel or spiritual meaning of Bible passages. Jesus was a man but He is referred to as the "Lamb of God." Why this name? Because no man could paid the trmendous penalty for sin (eternity in hell) except the God-man, Jesus Christ. So God came to this earth as a human being, born of a virgin, and endured all the trials and tempatations that men experience yet He never sinned. Recall that even before Jesus was touched by the Roman soldiers, He was suffering tremedously in the Garden of Gethsemanae. Jesus was enduring the equivalent of spending eternity in hell condensed into the hours between the Garden of Gethsemanae and when He said on the cross, "It is finished." That is where He paid for the sins of all those whom He had elected to save before the foundation of the world (Ephesians 1:3-5).
If you are not saved, start reading the Bible slowly and prayerfully. Ask the Lord to have mercy on you. This will not save you but if God has chosen you to become saved, you will be in the environment in which He can. Faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God.

The fact that there is strife within and among the churches MAY be one of the signs of the end times.
The folks at Family Radio believe the Final Judgment and Second Coming of Christ will be in the fall of 2011.
For example see the book “Time Has an End” on line at:
http://www.timehasanend.org/public/en_time_has_an_end_cont.html
This group, whose primary teacher is one Harold Camping, also believes the Church Age has ended in 1988 and believers are to come out of the churches as they are now under the control of malevolent forces now that the Tribulation has begun. According to this group, this is why there is so much strife between and within church groups.
See the book Time Has an End, Ch. 10:
http://www.timehasanend.org/public/en_time_has_an_end_ch10.html
That said, the online audio lectures at Family Radio, are illuminating and worth a listen:
See: http://worldwide.familyradio.org/zusa/english/connect/audio_archive/echoes/frame/download/download.html
Finally, for the offline version of the Family Radio nightly call in show, where folks ask questions about the bible to Mr. Camping, see:
http://worldwide.familyradio.org/zusa/english/connect/audio_archive/forum/frame/
I am not endorsing Family Radio’s doctrines, but one is able to learn quite a bit by listening to these materials.
Most of what you will read about the end times are pre-millennial views: the view that Christ's return will usher in a future millennium of Messianic rule mentioned in the book of Revelation before the final judgment. The believers of this doctrine also hold to the notion of a Rapture of the righteous beforehand.
Others hold that there will be only one second coming of Christ, at the time of the Final Judgment.
I am a Amillennialist. I believe that the Kingdom of God is present in the world today through the presence of the the heavenly reign of Christ, the Bible, the Holy Spirit and Christianity. Both good and evil will continue in the world until the current Church Age ends suddenly as Christ returns to the sky above the earth. The Rapture follows. The Redeemed are transported to heaven where they will adopt spiritual bodies. The majority of humanity will be sent to Hell at this time for eternal punishment. The world will be abandoned. History is no more.
We are currently living in the Millennium and in the Tribulation period. Events described in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21 and in most of the book of Revelation have already happened. To me the Antichrist is figurative and not a real person.
See:
http://www.prca.org/articles/amillennialism.html
http://www.carm.org/doctrine/amil_premil.htm
http://www.monergism.com/directory/link_category/Eschatology/Amillennialism/
Then there are mixtures involving the views of the seven year tribulation and whether it is happening now, will happen later, etc.
These doctrines all fall under the general heading known as the study of end times, or eschatology.
For explanations of the various eschatological beliefs see: http://www.religioustolerance.org/millenni.htm

End of which days...Winter? The beginning of spring.
Everyday is an ending and every day is an end of sorts.
Making beginnings and endings sound so mystical is manipulative. OF COURSE ITS THE BEGINNING. OF COURSE ITS THE END! Nothing mystical about it.
The only constant is change and there is nothing to fear about it at all. We're born, we experience stuff and we die.
How is this for the great mysterious truth of life? "The longer you live, the sooner you'll die."
My mother's favorite truth when my pet died..."Honey, don't cry. Everything dies. All things come to an end."
My father's favorite truth when I said that I just "HAD" to go to a party..."Honey, the only thing you HAVE to do is die and live until you do die."
If you're alive, you're witnessing it. This religious "Beginning of the END!" is getting to be quite comical. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WHO IS ALIVE ON THIS PLANET TODAY WILL BE DEAD IN 100 YEARS...Does that scare you??? Get a grip.

Yes, we have been witnessing the end of days since the start of time. Pick a culture or religion and you will get a vague description of the end of days.
Move the Alaska and you may actually believe it.

I believe we are witnessing the beginning of the worlds downfall. Christ is coming soon, most Christians believe this and some say the Bible says no one will know the hour of my return and that is true but we are not seeing the hour we are seeing the signs from God that man kinds hearts and minds are continuously evil , as in the days of Noah...

If you mean the end of the world as we know it, I think so yes. I don't know about the religious aspect of it like all the other answers and I don't particularly believe in all that Jesus returns stuff.
But one things plain we humans have been greedy beyond measure, we've abused and used this planet and what's in it for a long time, and now is the beginning of pay back I'm afraid.
Time frame for this, I think quite along time, don't think it's gonna happen in my, nor my immediate families lifetime but it will surely come within the next 100 years I think.
