You didnt mention if she's ignoring you on purpose or not,,,,or is she ignoring you coz she doesnt know you at all,,,,.
If she's ignoring you on purpose you dont wanna get her attention anyway coz its clear that she's not into you.Its sad but true that love cant be forced.You will find someone who will be interested in you.
If she's ignoring you coz she doesnt know you well,you should approach her and say a hello or hi.Have a casual talk about things that are common to both.Gather all your gut and approach her with a friendly smile.She may wanna know you better.

well i'm a girl and the way that i notice guys is when they come up and say hi, or start a conversation. and then it gradually develops from there. i think girls love it when guys take the initiative of making the first move with a simple hello, i know i do. and when you make the effort to get to know her, she will probably do the same =)
