Hi, I have a wierd question but i was wondering what i should do. I am going to Florida for a week over easter and i always get sun poisoning from laying out in the sun while in florida. Is there anything i could do so i can still lay out and not get sun poisoning, and hopefully get a tan? What would you reccommend? A certain SPF for sun block or time limits i should be in the sun?

There are tanning lotions that have higher SPF...Coppertone usually carries a 45+ that still allows you to tan. You may want to speak to a pharmacist for professional advice. I would also rotate between sun and shade....have fun in the sun! I was just down in Fort Myers Beach and it was fantastic.

i used to live in florida and its very fun. Wear lots and lots of sun screen. Put a fresh coat on every 1 or 2 hours to make sure you dont get sunburned. SPF 30 is good in most cases

1st you should be talking to your dermatoligist
and if you have already had sun poisoning you really should try to stay out of direct sunlight
if you must you can go read the label on sun block i would suggest 40 or more
