Well, this might work for you. I'm going to do it when i am pregnant with my first child. Its a lil different for godparents I guess but it might work. I'm going to buy a lil pair of baby shoes, I'm gong to give one shoe to my parents and one to my husbands parents. I think its cute and sweet and when they look confused and ask whats this? I'm gonna say surprise and tell them but in your case you would ask them. Goodluck!!
