I've been dating my bf for about 4 months now. So I just happened to go on myspace and check out some pages. I come across his ex gf's page and I notice that she still has one of his pic on her page. The pic is with him and her little cousin sleeping. Plus, her status still says "in a relationship." She checks her myspace, my question is why do you think she still has a pic of him on her page, and why does she still have on there "in a relationship." Help me understand this please, cause this is really pissin me off...thank you...

It probably means nothing. I know people that never update their personal details once they make their page. And anyway, even if she still has a thing for him... so what? He is with you now.

Maybe shes in a relationship with someone else. And the picture may be just an innocent pic she still likes. Otherwise, why dont you confront your boyfriend about it and if he doesnt know why she still has that stuff up then he probably doesnt know. Prior to seeing this, did you have any suspicions that he is still even a little involved? If not, and you believe him when you confront him, then IM her or talk to her and tell her to take it down because it makes you uncomfortable. If shes a ***** and refuses then just ingnore it! Shes probably just trying to tick you off. I hope im right, good luck!

The pic is there because she likes the picture and it reminds her of good times possibly?
The in a relationship is a thing that isn't high on myspace profile priority list because mainly not a lot of people know about it. This is not a big deal.
You are being very insecure about this.

I can understand how you feel about being irritated that she is still portraying him on her website. She obviously still cares about him to a degree to have his pic still up but to what degree is that. She might just like him as someone she knows or more (who knows). The fact remains that he is at the time your b/f and you are allowing her to temper with your emotions. It is not your b/f doing so whatever you do, do not take it out on him or even bring it up. You can not control the ex but you can control how you react to it. Blow it off do not give her your energy of anger. In doing such you are giving her control of your emotions. Now if the b/f starts acting weird and admitts to still talking to her then you got a whole nother can of worms.

all i can say is she is still either really in love with him in a very creepy way or she wants to get you pissed off
i had my boyfriend get a message saying this girl loved him and was never gunna leave him and its kinda like they are dating they havnt talked for a while and he said thats the only reason he never officialy broke up with her but she still thinks they are dating so you know
but maybe talk to your boyfriend and her together so you can find out the truth because if he is cheating then he wont beable to tell you that they are broken up if she is with you too

Chill-out. It's just one picture. Having an "In a Relationship" doesn't mean they are still together. What you should be worried about is IF your guy still has a picture or have pictures of her, then confront him immediately!

well he is either still seeing her or keeping her as a security blanket in case it doesn't work out with you. or he is giving her false hope by staying in contact. or she might not have grasped the concept that there over.. and it could be as simple as she hasn't been on her my space account and hasn't updated the information. so it could be many things. don't get mad and jeopardize the relationship your in over his ex.. don't get mad at him for her actions.. but if you do find out that he is still in contact with her then confront him about it.

some women never get over there ex's or there past. she is hanging on to the past . and it isn't your fault or anything you did she needs help. she is obsessed with him and what he use to be to her she needs therapy don't worry about her she isn't in the picture you are the winner in this case cause you got him .

So what? Why do you care? Stop worrying about this, it's pointless. Your boyfriend is with you now, if you act insecure about his ex, it will turn him off.
Concentrate on YOUR relationship with him, not his relationship with her.
