You think, huh??? Well, this was published in both Sunset and Gourmet Magazines:
I introduce the B.L.O.A T.:
A spin on the traditional BLT (bacon, lettuce tomato) sandwich:
B: Bacon, Applewood Smoked
L: Lettuce, butter lettuce
O: Thinly sliced red onion
A: Avocado, thinly sliced
T: Tomato, Heirloom variety:
These are surprisingly good, and equally as messy.......you'll be hooked........Enjoy!!!

layer it on the bun and bake it till the cheese melts, then top it with lettuce, tomato, onions and western dressing. The sloppier the better!!!!
