Sorry but apart from cosmetic surgery there is *nothing* that will make stretch marks go away. You can somewhat decrease their vividness by using creams and keeping your skin moisturized, but once they've gone from red to pale they are healed and are a kind of scar that doesn't fade any further.

Stretch marks result from scar tissue under the skin. Anything you apply on top of your skin will not work. The only thing I can suggest is that you don't waste time on money on products that do not work. Everyone has stretch marks so maybe you can try to not be too bothered by them and what I have learned is that guys can't see them, just as they can't see cellulite. Unless you actually say, "Hey look what I've got".

I truly believe that Strivectin-SD is the only real help for stretch marks. I have been using it on my face for wrinkles, and it is AMAZING. It is VERY expensive ($135 for a tube), but I think it's worth it. Just follow the package directions.
If you get it at GNC, you can get 20% off with a gold card or coupon. That's the cheapest I've found. Also, don't fall for the cheap imitations (Striadril). I have tried them and they do not work. Don't listen to people who tell you to get a tan! That will only further damage your skin. Exercise, eat well, drink lots of water, and moisturize all your skin as well as using the Strivectin, and I think you will see good results.

Mederma cover cream works pretty good.
NOTHING eliminates stretch marks short of surgery. They gradually fade and 'disappear' although they are still there. Coco butter has been reported to prevent minor stretch marks in pregnancy, but nothing can fix them once they are there.
When I lost weight, it took less than 2 years for the stretch marks on my underarm to disappear, but they did finally. In the meantime, I either wore shortsleeve shirts or used Mederma (Target has it, as I'm sure Walmart does too).

As of yet, there is no real quick result or natural way. Cosmetic surgery is the quickest and really the only option.
The thing is, we all have them for one reason or another. I have mine from gaining a lot of weight after a car accident, then losing it during rehabilitation for my shoulder. My friend has her's from having 3 children. The reality is we notice them ourselves more than other people looking at us. It really isn't so bad as to put yourself through surgery.

I would say the two best ways are to lose some weight and get a tan. My sis had stretch marks on her legs, and when she did this they were much less visible. So, you cant get RID of them, but you can make it so you cant see them as much.

There's no quick and fast easy way. Use pure vitamin e (you get this by buying the vitamin e capsules and poking a hole in it) and rub it on your stretch marks. Aloe vera also helps alot.
Nothing will zap them away instantly though.
