hehehehe!!!!!!! That is a good one. Toastmasters is a public speaking club. These people get together to basically improve their ability at making speeches in public.

Toastmasters is an organization to learn to think on your feet and speak in public. I've been a member for many years and it has really helped me.
The method is very varied, interesting and fun! You get peer evaluation in a most friendly and constructive manner.
