Kalispera sas means; Good Evening to you
Adhelfos means borther/sister.
In this respect the one who says good evening adding this word is a kind of familiar/friendly way.

I think it means more in a person's native tongue, Pandora. Saying to someone in a foreign tongue usually requires a verbal translation, and could steal a bit of the magic from the moment. I guess it all depends on the situation at any given time. I think if you send a gift or flowers and print it in a foreign language, then sign your name, that can add a special touch to the occasion.

Good night to your brother.
Kalispera= Good night, oftenly used when you leave, in Greek looks like that : Καλησπέρα
adelfos= brother ( αδελφόσ, ο ) singular, adelfy ( αδελφοί, οι) is the plural form, brothers.
adelfy = sister (αδελφή,η ), singular and in plural is adelfis (αδελφες, οι )
sas= (σας ) , your, to your
Hope that helps!
Have a great day!
